We just watched firefly right through, followed by Serenity.  Still can't believe the thought processes behind axing it.  They were all brilliant characters.

Firefly was awesome i recently watched it right through. Im not a hugh sci fi fan but really loved it. there was so much more to tell but ah well.

Joss Wheadon creates very deep and well rounded characters.  His stories need a bit of time to flesh out etc and Firefly could easily have been as great as Battlestar Galactica (new series), given a bit of time.

EzyDvd has it for $10.

Gonna check Video Ezy first later today. They have a whole section to buy DVD's. They're cheap as well.

Norton is good at those monologues. He had similar ones in American History X at the table.
Agreed.

Which is why I'm so F*cking pissed he did that Hulk movie. It's not good enough for him!

That said... I haven't seen it. I can't bring myself to watch it.

His Hulk movie absolutely kicked arse.
My fiancee isn't a big fan of Norton & he really enjoyed Hulk.

I'll check it out then!

^I haven't seen it since the cinemas but i can still remember the awesome scene in the field.

About 25th Hour. That 5 minute single scene with no camera cuts by Barry Pepper and Phillip Seymour Hoffman was impressive. It wasn't simple dialogue either. Good stuff.

I just watched this. Wasn't too bad but I'm not a fan of Jackie Chan's Hollywood movies.

Here's a trip, the Chris Tucker role was originally cast with Charlie Sheen in mind.

I'd have preferred that big time. Chris Tucker annoys me.

Got these today

The Ruts Reunion Concert. Featuring Henry Rollins replacing Malcom Owen [RIP]. The concert was a cancer benefit for Paul Fox. Just by looking at the LineUp you can see why this is regarded as one of the best Punk Gigs, Ever. Especially seeing as the Dammed wernt billed and were a special guest.
Also it Came with a signed photo inside, made my day Cheesy

Also got the Peopes History Of Less than Jake. Havnt watched it yet but looking at the set lists and bonus features it should be brilliant.

Comes together nicely at the end. Loved what they did with the buses.

Wouldn't have expected this movies idea to come from Steve Martin.

I really can't stand Olga Kurylenko. I've hated her in everything I've seen her in.

I thought the first half of the movie was Sh*t. And the second half alright.

Just as good as the first i thought. I love how they do slow motion and sometimes replays for the big hits.

Looking forward to getting it Region 4 whenever that is..

I watched Pineapple Express last night.

There were definitely laugh out loud moments in this movie, but I much preferred Superbad.

I felt like they were expecting me to be stoned whilst watching this movie so that they could get away with some of the stupid crap they portrayed (People being shot, but mysteriously being okay all the time).
That is funny if it happens once, quite amusing actually, but they just kept going on with it.  LAME.

A few other things just weren't funny, but when it was good, it was bloody hysterical.
