Just a question here to prey on everyone's experiences. I'm thinking about selling some DVDs that i barely ever watch to make room for new ones, what have people found to give the best return on DVDs? The 2 obvious ones are cashies and ebay, any other ways to get a few bucks per dvd?

I was going to say a rental store like Blockbuster or Video Ezy. I'm not sure they offer the same sort of return as eBay or Cashies though.

If Cashiers is with DVDs as they are with games and cds then they give u a standard price which was something horrendous like $3 per playstation 2 game... you'll make more on EBAY.

At Cashies, it's something like that $1 - $3, they are slightly more generous with tv show dvds or large box set titles  (ie: you'll be lucky to get $10 or so) but it can depend on the standard price of the title at the time. The person will compare the price on a website.... just prey that they decide to use Ezydvd as a reference, to raise the price a bit Tongue.

I opted to get rid of my dvds (as well as other stuff) @ Cashies in my most recent clean out, otherwise i would have most likely given them away for free..... or binned them.

Quick fix is Cashies... if you are willing to drag it out a bit do ebay...

You should get at least $10 off eBay if the DVD is in good condition. Set the price for $5 and have the shipping at $5. Or something like that.

Shipping isn't $5 for a dvd... i've noticed buyers on ebay have become REALLY tight on shipping and question any preset price all the time.

Watched the first 3 episodes so far and am liking it a lot. The only annoying thing is the shaky camera work.

Shooter was good but it's only good the first time. You can't watch it many times.

It's a once every 6 months kind of movie for me, but i get what you are saying. Most of today's "comedy" movies are generally watch once and rarely (if ever) watch again, due to how dull they are.

I'll have to disagree with you on that Tongue I find any Apatow directed/produced/inspired comedy to be very rewatchable. I agree that most other comedies are bland and unoriginal though.

I just watched this

I have 4 other IFC DVDs I'll be watching over the next few days. IFC doesn't seem to be a bad promotion, not as budget as King of the Cage events.

Low budget in some areas but overall a pretty good anthology type film.

Watched it last night, I thought it was good maybe a little predictable.
