In the current issue of WWE Magazine, there is a featured article which is hinting at The Undertaker's WWE return at the upcoming Vengeance PPV. It's interesting to note that WWE refers to Vengeance as an "all new PPV," when they have run the event in the past. Below is an excerpt:

"On October 23 Vengeance rises from the grave in the form of an all new Pay Per View. What better time and place for The Undertaker to make his return to a WWE ring? After all, it was a year and a day to the date that the Deadman lost a Buried Alive match to Kane with the aid of the Nexus at 2010's Bragging Rights. The Phenom hasn't come calling for revenge on that score (some streak got in the way) So if we were Kane or Wade Barrett, we'd watch our backs come October. And if you happen to hear the ominous gong, you'll know the bell indeed tolls for thee."

TMZ.com reports that the man accused of harassing WWE performer Maryse Ouellet has been legally banned from going anywhere close to her for the next three years.

L.A. County Superior Court granted a restraining order request filed by the WWE Diva against 61-year-old Lee Silber this morning. He is banned from going within 300 feet of Ouellet for the next three years.

Ouellet was accompanied to court by The Miz, her boyfriend. The website adds that "on their way out of the courthouse, both WWE stars were pretty tight-lipped, but seemed satisfied with the result."

Ouellet claims Silber has been constantly harassing her-—leaving more than 50 "delusional voicemails" on her cell phone and sending her "increasingly scary letters." He also promised to track her down in Los Angeles and "take (her) to heaven with him."

TMZ's attempts to reach Silber for comment were unsuccessful.

wonder if the mods wil lock this one out as well.. we had a thread where useful? tidbits like this one went, then they locked it as it had reached 78 pages or something.
Wrestlemania 28 Trip.  Row 8 behind the announcers. RAW Row 13 just off to the right of the ring.  Smackdown 2nd row behind the commentators but off to the left (Behind Booker)

I hope he comes back with a reasonable level of fitness and lack of injury, just enough to by.

Last thing we need is a Weekend at Bernies trip.

Nah they only get locked when they reach a certain amount of pages. So they don't break the internet or something.

NoDQ.com > WWE > Top WWE official against Rock vs. Cena?
Posted by Roscoe De Soto on 08/04/2011 at 11:38 AM

- The Miz will be in Los Angeles this weekend for the Teen Choice Awards. John Cena will be joining him as both will be presenting awards. The Rock is up for an award so he will be there also.

- Speaking of The Rock and John Cena, Dave Meltzer reports that their Wrestlemania 28 match may be in slight jeopardy as one high-ranking WWE employee with lots of influence is against the big showdown in Miami next year. While this official doesn't want the match to happen, most feel that it still will take place. Meltzer says the argument against the match is that "working with The Rock will be counterproductive" since the company is pushing Cena as the top babyface yet he will be the heel to most of the fans during the Wrestlemania period.

Cena vs. Rock will work. Just F*cking go with it. Who cares if he gets booed, he gets booed everywhere anyway.

That or have some bloody balls and turn him heel for a month or two. Have him go out there and start abusing The Rock. Then once you turn him back again, the cheers will come back.

But no, can't have his fluro coloured shirts not selling.

Earlier today, WWE held a conference call where the company announced second quarter earnings and much more. A couple months ago, WZ exclusively reported that WWE is entertaining the idea of running a one hour pre-game show that would air before Raw, something Vince McMahon hinted at during today's call. We also previously reported that Vince McMahon spoke on UFC President Dana White recently visiting WWE headquarters, and ProWrestling.net has provided more information on the call. Below are some highlights:

Vince McMahon said that while business would be flat if you exclude Wrestlemania 27, he was still proud of the second quarter earnings.

He said the company is considering rolling out additional programming and even hinted a one-hour show airing prior to Monday Night Raw.

In an update on the planned WWE Network, Vince said they have meetings coming up this week about the project.

When a caller asked about the company getting a "nice bump" from Dwayne "The Rock" Johnson appearing, Vince said they have plans to have him appear at multiple PPV events beyond Wrestlemania 28.

Barrios stated something new would happen with NXT and Superstars in the third or fourth quarter.

Unless one of them gets a massive injury or something along those lines, there's no way Cena/Rock isn't going ahead. They had to know from the start that Cena wouldn't be getting the most positive reaction against the guy who got some of the most positive reactions of all time. This "high-ranking employee" would have to be stupid to think Cena is getting more than a 50/50 reaction, best case scenario. It's announced, it's set, people have already paid their money to see it. They won't be pulling it from the card.

Noooooo. God damn it. Not Vlad. Double Double E has let me down.

The rest can go, I'm not bothered. Surprised a lot of those didn't come sooner, really. DH Smith in particular.

Will miss Vlad and Melina. Flat Face Kim and DH Smith won't be missed. And Masters has done squat since he came back. Vlad was good with Santino, but to be honest wasn't much use on his own. And Melina was one of the few women's wrestlers worth half a damn she could actually string 2 moves together unlike Kelly.

i think the biggest shock out of those 5 is big Vlad.  I cannot believe the "E" got rid of him, he was doing so well as Santino's tag partner and i loved their comedic gimmick, real shame and I actually didn't mind his ring style either.

Master, Gail, Melina and DHS were all expected sometime this year, hell I would not be shocked if within the next 48-72hours if Tyler Reks is released so they can finally bring Tyler Black (aka Seth Rollins) upto the main roster and Tyler Reks hasn't done stuff all as of late and has too much similar look to Rollins.

I also wouldn't be surprised to see Yoshi Tatsu also released.  I just wish they would bloody release that fat sack of crap Mark Henry then i'll be happy.  The biggest waste of time, money and energy this last 14 or so years on that piece of garbage just get rid of him already.

But with those releases and of course the other two in Reks and Tatsu being released within the next few days (highly likely) i wouldn't be shocked at all to see WWE chase Samoa Joe from TNA just like Stone Cold stated a week or so ago.  Joe is frustrated down in TNA and needs a new fresh start.  Bring him up as a non-speaking Monster HEEL and bring him into Smackdown to destroy everyone.

Seriously, what the hell would releasing Tyler Reks have to do with bringing Rollins up to the main roster???

Melina should have never f*cked with Trish Stratus. There's been a lot of speculation for a while now, that the diva's have had a lot of issues behind the scenes. Michelle McCool alluded to it in an interview with Torrie Wilson & Lillian Garcia, just after she left the WWE. I wonder if Melina & Gail Kim were seen as the problem?

No surprises with any of the guys. I expect to see DHS back at some point, given who he is & his family ties. I'd put Masters down as the favourite to rock up at TNA.

You mean the exact same thing Mark Henry is doing, except far less convincingly given how tiny Joe is?

Gail Kim apparently quit, at least that's what she said on her twitter. Also she eliminated herself from that battle royal on RAW this week. It's kinda hard to see but right at the start, she goes after alicia fox I think it is, pushes her into the turnbuckle, and as alicia falls to the ground Gail Kim eliminated herself.

Who knows with melina, although she did have more ring ability than most of the current crop.

I'm fairly sure we'll see Masters in TNA, isn't he buddies with RVD? I didn't know Smith was still there to be honest.. And Kozlov I don't think is that much of a suprise.. they kinda broke that tag team up didn't they? Or am i missing something.

Two divas who could wrestle. Melina turned herself into a decent wrestler by the end. Pity she turned face. That killed her. But the two aren't bimbo enough to be fighting for that Butterfly belt.

Kozlov. Meh.

David Hart Smith going before Tyson Kidd is a shock and it was over for Masters when he bounced his tits.

Bit bummed that they let DH go, i think he has potential.. they should have kept The Hart Dynasty as a tag team a bit longer.

Hope Tyson Kidd can find his way in WWE.. big fan of his.
