TMZ reports that Hulk Hogan was taken to the hospital today because of "excruciating back pain."

Hogan has reportedly been having trouble the past few days and had trouble getting out of bed this morning. TMZ reports an ambulance was called to Hogan's residence and he was taken to a hospital in Clearwater. Hogan, who has undergone a handful of back operations this year, is having tests run on his back to determine the cause of his current pain, according to the report. Hogan was not at last night's TNA No Surrender PPV. It appears he will miss at least today's Impact TV taping in Orlando, if not all of this week's tapings depending on the severity of his latest back issue - PWTorch
